Our general conditions to make your car rental:

- Driver :

To be at least 21 years old to rent a car

Having the driving license is essential to benefit from our car rental service in Morocco.

Agree to be the only person who can take the wheel of the rented vehicle.

- Payment :

The payment is made at the time of taking control of the vehicle by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cash

A print is taken for the deposit which will be returned upon return of the rental vehicle.

For residents and those passing through Marrakech, we offer a free vehicle delivery service (Airport, Riads and Hotels).

If you are in another city of Morocco, additional charges will be added for the delivery of the rented vehicle to the desired location.

- Duration of rental and Others :

The customer must respect the time of return of the vehicle. Each additional hour will be charged.

48 hours notice is required to extend the rental period.

If the customer returns the vehicle before the end of the rental period, he/she can in no case demand the reimbursement of the sums due for the remaining rental period.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge one week before.

It is strictly forbidden to use off-road roads with the rented vehicles, except for the 4×4.

In case of accidents, the customer is obliged to inform us.

In case of breakdown, we guarantee a quality breakdown service.

 – Insurances :

The vehicles are insured against all risks. However, for any damage other than theft of the vehicle, fire, glass breakage, civil liability and persons transported (PAI), a non-redeemable deductible remains at the expense of the driver in the event that his partial or full responsibility would be engaged.

The damage of the vehicle is covered only on production of an accident report within 24 hours.

If you are not responsible for the accident no charge will be asked of you – If you are responsible for the accident only the damage caused with our vehicle will be with your load.
